Due Diligence
Due diligence is an investigation or audit of a potential investment or product to confirm all facts, such as reviewing all financial records, plus anything else deemed material. It refers to the care a reasonable person should take before entering into an agreement or a financial transaction with another party. It is a comprehensive appraisal of a business undertaken by a prospective buyer, especially to establish its assets and liabilities and evaluate its commercial potential. It may also be referred to as reasonable steps taken by a person to avoid committing a tort or offence. Anything may be the need for initiating the due diligence; we cater to all those requirements.
